"Penni"

Dear Dr. Julie,
We saw the really nice article and picture of you in the paper the other day and felt guilty since we still haven't emailed to tell you how Penni is doing.
Hopefully you remember her...the little old lady pug we adopted back in Aug. She had hardly any hair and many lumps as well as other health issues. She had been picked up as a stray in Dunnellon. Well we are pleased to tell you that she is doing amazing! Her hair has all grown back. She had surgery to have her lumps removed. She also had a dental issue addressed and has bounced back like a much younger dog. She takes several pills twice a day and reminds me to give them to her. She and the cats are at ease with each other. She's very happy here and we are so happy to have her. She is our little snuggle pug! I have included a picture so that if you remember what she looked like when we got her, you can see how amazing she looks now. Countryside Animal Clinic thinks of Penni as one of the miracles!
Thanks for all of the good work you and the rest of the Animal Shelter staff does. Merry Christmas to all...
